You have reached the journal of Schnitzel (aka: Carlos) and Vegi Schnitzel (Mary)- two San Franciscans with a goal to live in the land of sunshine, fun times, and best of all no paperwork- Deutscheland! Join us as we meticulously pack our bags, perilously worry about visas, jobs, and the like, and totally freak out about increasingly depressing conversion rates.
